New Free Candidate CV/Resume Search Tool

Hi all,
If any of you have staffing requirements from time to time, check out www.enigmasearch.com.
It's a free google custom search engine that finds only CVs of candidates based on the skills and location entered into the box.

If used correctly it can find candidates for free.
Simple.
Any comments or thoughts on usability will be welcome.
